Tobii HP Reverb G2 Omincept

Sensory VR - Powered by Tobii eye tracking

Tobii HP Reverb G2 Omincept

Eye tracking

Our world leading eye tracking Tobii VR4 Integration Platform delivers accurate gaze and head movement, pupillometry, and other ocular data points for the widest range of users. The HP Reverb G2 Omnicept Edition headset uses sensor fusion to aggregate eye tracking with other sensor data to uncover human insights, creating new opportunities for application development in training, wellbeing, creation, and collaboration.

Tobii Foveation

Dynamic foveated rendering¹

Tobii Spotlight Technology and NVIDIA VRS foveation enable the headset to deliver high fidelity where the user is looking and reduce image quality in the periphery. Our benchmark tests show an average of 66% saving on GPU shading load², with high frame rates, and improved graphics — supporting rich content with no compromise of experience. This adds to the immersive experience of HP Reverb G2 Omnicept Edition ultrasharp visuals, with mura-free, 2160×2160 LCD panels per eye and full RGB stripe.

Tobii HP Reverb G2 Omincept

Personalized VR

Gaze and pupil size are captured in real time with high accuracy and precision, enabling the headset to generate user insights that applications can leverage to personalize the VR experience within the limits of the individual. During setup ergonomic sensing ensures proper headset positioning within the optical sweet spot for optimal visual clarity, user comfort, and experience.

Tobii XR

Realistic avatars

Rising demand for immersive collaboration requires realistic VR experiences with avatars that show true-to-life eye contact and interaction. Tobii eye tracking provides gaze, which can be used to avoid the uncanny stare, for selecting objects, and making menu choices. Eye tracking combined with lip movements captured by the face camera will enable developers to create more realistic avatars, strengthening the position of VR as an enterprise solution.³

Tobii XR - VR training

Intuitive interfaces

With natural gaze-based navigation for menu and object selection and interaction. Tobii eye tracking enables immersive workflows and narratives that evolve in response to user behavior and intent. Users will be empowered to work and train as seamlessly and naturally in VR as they do in real-world environments with greater focus, control, and safety.
